19. An outstanding event of year 2004 for us was the National Conference on Art
Education, organized in Budapest on March 6-7, 2004 with the title PSALMUS
HUMANUS DAYS. Integrated Art Education at School and in the Family. The in-
vitees of this professional programme were primarily students of the Hungarian
primary and secondary school teacher training colleges, students of the teacher
training courses of art colleges, and students of remedial teacher training col-
leges.
The presentations of this conference were held by the great Hungarian and for-
eign authorities of the field, which guaranteed the originality and diversity of
the programmes.
