Dear Principal,
Dear Participants,

I was delighted to hear about your beautiful and noble initiative to organize
the conference on the art education of handicapped children and more
generally on the questions of art education at schools and in the family
with the participation of recognized professionals.(…)
I am convinced that modern teaching methods will stimulate and benefit
society as well.
The aim of this Conference can be nothing else but to strengthen the con-
nection between the individual, family, school and society, thus reinforcing
the sense of solidarity and unity. I urge you to engage a significant number
of young teachers and encourage a greater number of future teachers in the
special educational methods calling for empathy and vocation.
I salute all the participants of the Conference wishing everyone fruitful
debate.
